　　在大家的關懷和支持下，武漢博奇玉宇環保股份有限公司從以施工圖設計為主業，已發展成為具備設計、施工、采購及原材料生產制造等工程總承包能力，擁有核心人才、技術和裝備的大型生產型環保工程公司。公司注冊資本3505萬元，固定資產超過1500萬元，建立起了獨立的生產、研發基地和辦公大樓。2014年8月19日，公司在“新三板”(全國中小企業股份轉讓系統)正式掛牌，證券簡稱玉宇環保，證券代碼831100,這標志著公司步入了快速發展的軌道。

　　玉宇環保堅持走“科技創新”之路，早在2003年，我們就注意到煙囪腐蝕即將成為煙氣脫硫工程的“后遺癥”,并開始著手對水膜除塵時代的煙囪防腐進行調研，針對鍋爐燃燒、煙囪結構、脫硫脫硝后濕煙氣的腐蝕機理等做了大量的研究，并與華中科技大學國家重點燃燒實驗室陳漢平教授進行合作，借鑒美國工程院院士、麻省理工學院納米專家陳剛教授的寶貴經驗與建議，與武漢理工大學復合材料實驗室聯合研發，成功開發了適應國內煙囪防腐的VF復合材料，并對原有煙囪牛腿、伸縮縫等部位進行重新設計和優化設計，克服了以前煙囪防腐工程出現的問題，使得工程造價大幅降低，施工周期大大縮短，使用壽命也保持與機組同步。

　　Dear friends,

　　With your concern and support, Wuhan Boch Jaco Environmental Co., Ltd. has developed from a company whose main business is construction drawing design into a large productive en-tech engineering company which is capable of general contracting including engineering, procurement, construction and production of raw materials, and has its own core talents, technologies and devices. Our company has registered capital of 35.05 million Yuan and more than 15 million Yuan's fixed assets; it has established its own research and development center as well as office building. On August 19th, 2014, our company was listed on “National Equities Exchange and Quotations” under stock code 831100 and our stock is briefly called “JACO En-tech”, which signifies that our company has stepped into a high-speed development period.

　　Several years ago, a group of young men, who are skillful, steady, pragmatic, full of dreams and vigor, encouraged by the management ideas of “people first, innovating for development” , came to “JACO En-tech”. Starting from the basis, we try our best to hit the market without enough resources and experience. We deeply believe that only survival can guarantee the development. During the past five years, we have experienced various frustrations. The hardships therein are known only to us entrepreneurs. But I'd like to say that it is you, my friends, who are always encouraging and supporting us, which give us the confidence and courage to overcome those difficulties. In the practice of business start-up, we have mastered the skill of solving problems from learning and accumulated lots of experience and lessons. 　　“JACO En-tech” sticks to the path of “science and technology innovation”. Earlier as the year of 2003, we have noticed the problem of chimney corrosion which will appear as the sequel of the FGD project in the near future and started to investigate and study the chimney anticorrosion in the time of water film dedusting. A lot of researches have been made on the boiler combustion, the structure of the chimney and the wet flue gas's corrosion mechanism after desulfurization and denitration. In reference of the precious suggestions and experience of professor Chen Gang who is a NAE member and a Nano expert of MIT, through cooperation with professor HanPing Chen from the State Key Laboratory of Combustion of Huazhong University of Science and Technology and a combined research with the Laboratory for Composite of Wuhan University of Technology, we successfully developed the VF Composite which meets the requirements of domestic chimney anticorrosion, and we also redesigned or optimized the design of the corbel and contraction joint of former chimneys, which overcame the problems appeared before in chimney anticorrosion, greatly lowered the construction cost and shortened the construction period, and made the chimney's service time synchronized with the unit.
