武漢博奇玉宇環保股份有限公司是在北京博奇電力科技有限公司分公司的基礎上發展成立的高科技環保工程公司，成立于2009年12月31日，注冊于武漢東湖開發區，注冊資本3505萬元，主要從事煙氣排放控制設備(包括煙囪、煙道、脫硫吸收塔等)防腐工程、新能源及環保工程總承包等業務。2014年8月19日，公司在全國中小股份轉讓系統(新三板)正式掛牌(證券簡稱：玉宇環保，證券代碼：831100),這標志著公司步入了快速發展的軌道。

　　在企業發展戰略上，公司以研發先進的煙氣排放控制技術為核心，為全球范圍內的煙氣脫硫工程提供從設計、建設到運營服務的整體解決方案。自成立以來，公司業務范圍迅速擴展到防風抑塵網，煙氣排放控制設備防腐、火電廠設備安裝及檢修、風力發電、太陽能、垃圾焚燒發電、秸稈發電、輸電與變電工程等領域，成為具有工程設計、設備成套、生產制造、施工、安裝、調試、售后等綜合能力的大型環保工程公司。2013年9月3日，公司被國家主管部門認定為高新技術企業。通過持續改進和流程重組，公司逐步形成了“以人為本、技術創新和管理創新”的核心競爭力。

　　公司現有員工主要來自國內知名環保工程公司、國內大型化工設計院、電力設計院、電力建設工程公司和大型設備制造公司等專業機構，90%以上具有本科及以上學歷及相關行業的從業背景，其中，博士、碩士及具有高級技術職稱和國家一級注冊建造師資質的管理和技術人員占公司總人數的50%以上。公司擁有中華人民共和國住房和城鄉建設部頒發的環保工程、機電設備安裝工程和防腐保溫工程專業承包資質和公司總部的環境工程(廢水、廢氣)專項工程甲級設計資質，通過了中質協質量保證中心的四維一體認證(滿足GB/T50430、GB/T19001、GB/T24001、GB/T28001四個標準的要求),并于2012年3月12日首次取得四維一體QEO(質量、環境和職業健康安全)體系認證證書。公司具備豐富的新能源及環保工程EPC總承包、BOT及BOO運營經驗，憑借資金實力及人才、技術和管理優勢，在國內外承建了多項新能源及環境保護工程，取得了顯著的經濟效益、社會效益和環境效益。

　　Wuhan Boch Jaco Environmental Co., Ltd is a hi-tech environmental engineering company developed from a branch of Beijing Bootes Electric Power Science and Technology Co., Ltd. It was established on December 31st, 2009, registered in Wuhan East-lake Hi-tech Development Zone with registered capital 35.05 million Yuan. It is mainly engaged in flue gas emission control equipment (including chimney, gas duct, FGD absorption tower, etc.) anticorrosion project, new energy & environmental project, etc. On August 19th, 2014, our company was listed on “National Equities Exchange and Quotations” under stock code 831100 and our stock is briefly called “JACO En-tech”, which signifies that our company has stepped into a high-speed development period.

　　As to our company's development strategy, we dedicate to developing advanced flue gas emission control technology and providing a comprehensive solution from design, building to operation and service for the FGD project all over the world. Its scope of business has expanded fast to the fields of flue gas emission control equipment anticorrosion, wind-proof & dust suppressing net, equipment erection and maintenance, wind power generation, solar energy, waste incineration power generation, straw power generation, power transmission and distribution. It has become a big environmental engineering company with the comprehensive capability of general contracting including project engineering, equipment integration, manufacturing, construction, installation, commissioning, and after-sale service and so on. On September 3rd, 2014, the company was identified as “high-tech enterprise” and gradually formed our core competence of “people first, technical innovation, management innovation” by continuous improvement & process reengineering.

　　Most of our employees come from professional organizations, e.g., noted environmental engineering companies, large chemical engineering design institutes, electric power design institutes, electric power construction companies and equipment manufacturing companies, of whom 90 percent have bachelor's degree or even higher and corresponding working experience, and more than 50 percent are masters, doctors, constructors or have senior technical titles. In addition, we have the qualification of professional contracting certificates for environmental engineering, electromechanical equipment installation engineering, anti-corrosion & insulation engineering, awarded by Ministry of Housing and urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China. We have passed the certification issued by Quality Assurance Center of China Association for Quality (meeting all the requirements of GB/T50430, GB/T19001, GB/T24001, GB/T28001) and got the four-dimensional integrated QEO certificates on March 12th, 2012.
